How do I order a delivery?

Can I sit in?

Yes! Both stores have a relaxed and enjoyable sit-in experience. No need to book, just show up!

Can I make a corporate / workplace / event order (+£100)

Yes! We work with many businesses, events, schools & charities to deliver our food direct for your occasion! All you need to do is email us with a pre order, the time you want it delivered and we will do the rest! Please note Corporate & Event orders require 24hrs notice and must be paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Invoice provided prior to delivery.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week including all bank holidays. Our Christmas opening hours can vary, so stay up to date via our social media accounts.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, we welcome all dogs shapes and sizes. All dogs get a FREE Puppuccino on arrival, just ask your server! All we ask is not to sit on any furniture and if you have a dog that loves to speak, to be mindful of other customers in the store - we may ask you to go outside with your fluffy friend.

What vegan options do you do?

THE ENTIRE MENU CAN BE OR IS VEGAN! Just ask! A huge majority of our sauces are vegan and we have cheese alternatives. We do not fry any meat in the fryers. Your filling options are BBQ Jackfruit, Scrambled Tofu, Falafel & Quinoa Patty. Please inform a staff member or when ordering online, just alert us in 'comments' what dish is vegan.

Gluten free options?

We do have a bread heavy menu, meaning we can't fully guarantee cross contamination, however. All Bowls are gluten free other than pastas, salads & poke bowl. Please request GLUTEN FREE in comments when ordering online or in store, and we will take out the gluten. For example, we take crispy onions out of the Poke Bowl, we take cous cous out of the Original Bowl, simple!

Can I leave feedback, positive or negative?

Can I book a table?

We do not offer table bookings. We do turn tables over quickly so if you show up to a full restaurant, you won't be waiting long

Is your food Kosher / Halal?

Kosher - We are not able to certify our food is Kosher. Please get in touch if you require more information.

Halal - All chicken including our breakfast sausages (chicken) are certified halal - get in touch with us over email if you require certification.

I have an allergy?

We are an allergy-friendly restaurant and will do our best to accommodate to your requirements. Allergens can vary depending on menu items and produce, so please email us directly for our up to date allergen matrix.

Please inform a staff member on ordering of your allergy. When ordering online, let us know in the checkout stage comments of your allergy and then call the relevant store to again confirm your allergy comment has been noted.

Can I edit my order?

YES. Online please use the comment section to let us know of any edits to your meals. We are happy to swap like for like items such as tomatoes for cucumbers etc. If the lead chef on shift is not satisfied with the swap they will remove the requested item only. You are also able to add extras to your meals for additional charges.
